Apart from liking the luxurious room, very adequate breakfast and excellent location of the hotel we especially commend the service by the staff.. Our reception was truly friendly and the receptionist went out of her way to ensure our stay would be great by telling us about the hotel services, the attractions of Venice and their location on a map, the choice of rooms at various rates for upgrading and as our chosen room would take 20 minutes to prepare offered us good Italian coffee to drink whilst waiting. We also appreciated the free internet service, the advice by the concierge concerning a free trip to Murano Island and reputable nearby restaurants as well as the free storage of luggage at the end of our stay.
We disliked nothing.

The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the entire Hotel. it's location was brilliant, close to the valporetta stops and an interesting walk through Venice to the Rialto bridge and San Marco square. All the Hotels on the Canal Grande are expensive but I feel that we got value for money and can really not find one thing to complain about with this Hotel. keep up the good work!,,

Great service from Gianni and Giovanna - beautiful hotel, great location. Kitty-corner across from the train station, so all of the benefits of the location but it still seems like you're in a different neighborhood. Relatively easy walk from Piazzale Roma with luggage - three pretty small bridges, or a 5-minute ride on the ferry. Amazing views from the canal- and piazza-side rooms although the rooms overlooking the calle are a great experience too, and you can get your fill of the canal when you go down for breakfast.

Is a nice hothel.Great amplasament and the staff is very friendly.

Atmosphere in this hotel is truelly unique. It is stylish, in baroque Venetian style. Beds are super comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms are very comfortable. Service is polite and can go any lengths to make your stay special. We have stayed in the new wing of teh hotel - very quiet although a little bit isolated. If you prefear vividness of the Grand Canal you should stay in one of the rooms overlooking it - all rooms are beautifully decorated. Water taxi can be order directly at the doorstep.Breakfast is small but fresh.

This is a charming boutique hotel right on the Grand Canal. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very quiet. The staff is outstanding - always friendly and extremely helpful. One of the best hotels we've ever experienced.
-
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, with good advice on how to get around Venice, and nearby restaurants. Access is easy - only a brief 5 minute walk from the station.
-
Staff was very attentive. We were made comfortable with a drink on the balcony overlooking the grande canal as soon as we checked in. The breakfast was delicious. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice and want to be on the water in luxury.

Excellent, friendly staff, beautiful, clean and well maintained rooms
Breakfast room was a little small, room was a little small as well, but this seems to be the fact for most hotels in Venice
-
Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room with a canal view was decorated very elegantly and it was quiet and comfortable. The ACTV (water bus) stop is within a minute walk of the hotel. An added bonus included in the price of the room was a good selection for breakfast which can be a challenge in Europe if you are used to American breakfast.
-
Staff fantastic - very friendly, approachable, efficient and knowledgable. Location excellent for transport links and other amenities - easy to find, which is a bonus in Venice. Accommodation comfortable and well decorated. Private terrace overlooking Grand Canal was special.
Room a little small for a prestige/superior and it had no bath - just a shower, but these are fairly insignificant issues in the grand scheme of things.
-
The service friendly and very present. When we arrived the first thing we were offered was cafe on the house. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable when asked questions.
-
All the staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The room we were given was an upgrade to what we booked (upgrade was no additional cost). All I can say is wow!! Beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms and very romantic.
The room we had, had a lovely roof terrace but no seats to sit on and enjoy the view/weather. We mentioned this when checking out and they did say that they do have chairs during June-August and in future would have them out a little longer during the summer/autumn season.
-
The staff was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel on the Grand Canal was excellent. The hotel design and interior decorations were fantastic. We have traveled a lot and this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. We highly recommend it.
